Kenneth (Ken) H. Traub
Chairman, President and CEO
Kenneth (Ken) H. Traub has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, chairman, director, investor and consultant in numerous public companies at times of critical business transition and transformation, with a successful track record of driving strategic, financial, operational and governance improvements to protect and enhance shareholder value. He has served as the Managing Partner of Delta Value Advisors, a strategic consulting and investment advisory firm specializing in corporate governance and turnarounds, since 2019. He was previously Managing Partner of Raging Capital, a registered investment firm, and served as President and CEO of Ethos Management LLC, a private investment and consulting firm. Mr. Traub served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Bank Note Holographics, Inc., a leading global supplier of optical security devices for the protection of documents and products against counterfeiting from 1999 through 2008. In 1994, he co-founded Voxware, Inc., a pioneer in voice over Internet protocol communication technologies, and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer through 1998.
Mr. Traub currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Tidewater, Inc., the leading global operator of offshore vessels for the energy industry, and Edgio, Inc., a software company providing digital content delivery networks and applications. Mr. Traub previously served as an independent director on the boards of numerous public companies, including DSP Group, Inc., a manufacturer of multimedia chipsets for converged communications (acquired by Synaptics Incorporated); MRV Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company (acquired by ADVA Optical Networking SE); Vitesse Semiconductor, Inc., a fabless semiconductor developer (acquired by Microsemi Corporation); Xyratex Ltd, a data storage company (acquired by Seagate Technology plc); MIPS Technologies, Inc., a semiconductor technology company (acquired by Imagination Technologies Group plc and Allied Security Trust); Intermolecular, Inc., a semiconductor materials supplier (acquired by Merck KGaA); and Phoenix Technologies, Inc., a leading supplier of firmware for computers (acquired by Marlin Equity Partners), among others. Mr. Traub received the NACD Directorship Certification, which is awarded to directors who meet the highest standards of corporate governance according to the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Traub received a Bachelor of Arts from Emory College in 1983 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1988.

Michael Bondi
Chief Financial Officer
Since October 2018, Mr. Bondi has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Controller of Comtech since January 2004. Prior to joining Comtech, Mr. Bondi served as Assistant Controller at EDO Corporation, which designed and manufactured products for defense, intelligence and commercial markets and provided related engineering and professional services. Prior to his experience at Comtech and EDO, Mr. Bondi worked at the Big 4 accounting firm, KPMG from September 1993 to September 2002. As a Senior Manager at KPMG, Mr. Bondi served a variety of public and private companies primarily in the technology and defense markets.

Jennie Kerr
Chief People Officer
Jennie Kerr joined the company as Chief People Officer in December 2021. Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources for Piping Rock Health Products, LLC. As the leader of the HR team at Piping Rock, she led the company from a start-up with 200 employees to a leading global manufacturing company with 1,500 employees within her 5 years of service. Jennie has led several Human Resources teams in the health, education, manufacturing, warehousing, and hospitality industries and has supported these organizations in maintaining compliance on all aspects of Human Resources. She has a B.A. degree from James Madison University.

Don Walther
Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Donald (Don) Walther is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Comtech. Don was selected as Chief Legal Officer in January 2023.
At Comtech, Don is responsible for driving Enterprise-wide legal strategy, Contract Administration and Global Trade. Prior to his current role, Don supported the rapid scaling of founder-owned (Robotic Research) and PE-owned (Spectrum Control) businesses in ground autonomy and RF components, respectively. He also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for TopBuild Corp. (NYSE:BLD), General Counsel for Esterline Technologies Corp. (NYSE:ESL), General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for The Heico Companies and was a founding partner in the Chicago office of Perkins Coie, an AmLaw50 law firm, before joining his largest client - The Boeing Company - as in-house Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary.
Don is actively an adjunct professor at Montgomery College and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and Society for Corporate Governance. He has also previously held roles of increasing responsibility within ITT Corp. and was promoted to Deputy General Counsel of the Company prior to its trivestiture in 2011.
Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies degree from Duke University and a JD and MBA from the University of Chicago.

Nancy Stallone
Treasurer and Assistant Corporate Secretary
Ms. Stallone has been Treasurer at Comtech since 2021 and Corporate Secretary since 2016. Prior to that she was Vice President of Finance since 2006. Prior to joining Comtech, Ms. Stallone served in key leadership financial positions including Vice President, Internal Audit at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of North America for Techpack America, Inc., a division of Albéa Group, a global packaging manufacturer and wholesaler. Previously, Ms. Stallone was Senior Manager at the Big 4 accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she served a number of public and private companies. Ms. Stallone is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an Executive MBA.

Daniel Gizinski
President of Satellite & Space Communications Segment
Daniel Gizinski was named President of Comtech’s Satellite & Space Communications Segment in November of 2024. Previously, Daniel served as Chief Strategy Officer and President of the Comtech Satellite Network Technologies (“CSNTI”) division. Daniel also held prior appointments as the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer from 2022-2024 and President of CSNTI in 2022. During his tenure at Comtech, he has held various senior management positions, including serving as Vice President of Product and Strategy for Comtech Systems, Inc. Earlier in his career, Gizinski held program management and leadership roles at General Electric, Sierra Nevada Corporation, and L3Harris Technologies. Gizinski holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Duke University.

Jeff Robertson
Terrestrial & Wireless Networks Business Segment President
Jeff Robertson was named President of Comtech’s Terrestrial & Wireless Networks Business Segment in March 2024. Prior to joining Comtech, he served as President & CEO of Intrado Life Safety, a company specializing in first responder technology in North America. Under his leadership, Robertson enhanced Intrado Life Safety’s operating structure, implemented critical digital transformation initiatives, migrated legacy products to next-generation cloud-based infrastructures, improved employee retention, and strengthened key go-to-market partnerships in under four years. Intrado Life Safety was sold in 2023 for $2.4 billion under Robertson’s leadership.
Throughout his career, Robertson has held numerous leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Public Safety for startup innovator RapidSOS, CEO of Airbus DS Communications North America, Vice President and General Manager of Intergraph’s public safety software division, CEO of TCI – TelControl, and CML Emergency Services. He was also the founding executive director of the 9-1-1 Industry Alliance.
Robertson graduated from the executive program at the Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania and received a degree in telecommunications from Toronto Metropolitan University.
